Morecambe vs U18s

Have you got any more info about the final of the Floodlit Cup for our Under 17s?
Do we know who the opposition will be and when it will take place?

Sorry no.
I haven't managed to get to an u18 game for a couple of weeks (not there today either) so I haven't been able to ask anyone.
Will post something as soon as I find out.
 
2' Josh Miles gets the better of the last defender but the Morecambe keeper comes out quickly to collect the ball.
9' Josh Miles volleys onto the post from a Conor McVeigh delivery.
11' Morecambe take an early lead.
1-0
 
2nd half.
80' - Layton Campbell puts the ball in the back of the net but the referee blows it up for an earlier foul on the Morecambe keeper.
FT
1-0.
I think that's 3 defeats on the run. It's just not happening for the u18s at the moment. It is all about development and we have been giving younger players a chance but I'm sure it won't be a happy dressing room.
On to Preston on Saturday who I think might be playing their 1st team, just in case. 😉
