Moretti?

Now I'm no kill joy and I like the fact the offerings are broadening at BR; but last year we were sponsored by Get Vocal and we all know the relationship between alcohol and poor mental wellbeing.

Just wondering about the ethical dimensions to some of this stuff - and of course for the vast majority it'll be a one off enjoyable day with a chance to have some higher quality lager.

Do we have the balance right?

It's a day out, nobody is advocating that we all drink Moretti all day every day!!

Flippin eck ..... some people just enjoy moaning. They've sponsored a bar, ie a place where alcohol is consumed! Their name isn't across the club's shirt!!!
No idea how it works, but if it's drink all you can, it becomes a target, that's all.

Anyway it appears as though most people like it, so perhaps the balance is right.

Can we have a single malt bar please?
Can be Irish or Scotch.

Also for those getting bikini ready for autumn holidays, how about a protein shake bar? I know the gaffer would love to pop in at half time to get his macros on track 👍

Let’s get creative.

Balls! Surely the more cultured appeal of Moretti is better suited to the south, and the groundlings of the North would much prefer the populist brew that is Heineken? The West won't care, most of them are on flasks of Bovril and Mogadon cocktails anyway.
Thought the North was getting a Stone(s) Is. Lounge?

Oh no

Oh no we’re not.

I thought white Lightning Cider would be more suited to the North.

So instead of sorting out the half dead bar staff who work at 1mph taking each order individually we have to pay £10 membership to buy a £5 pint. What idiot came up with this. Just make it free for season ticket holders.

If they could sort out the bar in the west, I’d certainly go earlier and have a couple of pints and a pie, have to be decent ones though. How they do that though is difficult due to the small area. Hopefully they’ll at least have fast flow pumps and I’d have one for food and drinks and one for just drinks, which would speed up service for those just wanting a drink.

I was thinking the Columbian bar in the north?
Shakira kicking out, punch bags and coin throwing targets plus pharma grade Marching powder.

No seats just lots of long surfaces and ideally mirrored 😉

All they need to do is sell blooody beer tokens in the club shop. Stock up at your leisure and then have the staff simply pouring at the bar rather than pissing about with payment. Anyone without tokens can buy them from a small kiosk away from the bar.
