I think that's right. But we should acknowledge that pound for pound we aren't going to compete with Clubs with genuine Cship aspirations, like most of the chip now and the likes of Derby etc. That's all the more reason why we should get in early with these players, give them our best terms and turn their heads with the playing philosophy and their importance to it.

Who knows we might have had him June 1 before others really know what's going on.
