Mortgage brokers advice

First time buyer, got a AIP from my bank but looking at contacting a mortgage brokers to see what kind of rate I can get.


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

100% John Earnshaw. I used him back in the summer when the bank I was with, Barclays wouldn't give me the little more I needed for my new house. He got me several offers for what i needed, including Barclays ( I didn't go with them out of principle)

Also, he's a Pool fan and a nice chap.

I would get a few quotes to compare, one daughter has used John Earnshaw, I gave a couple of banks/building soc a go and went with one account many years ago switching from abbey national and another with woolwich.
