Not a single Blackpool fan is jealous that they’ve flown Jet2 to ** Alicante. Or jealous of a single signing they’ve made.

They could sell out deepdale for all I care. Absolute wank football club. Strange post.
 
We must be keeping our pre season training costs low, so we can use the spare cash for our impressive transfer activity 👍......come on Sadler.... Why strange?
Think we should be concentrating on our own circumstances before mocking those of a club who, it could be argued, are better placed to contend than us at present.
They finished stronger and in a higher league position than us last season, have a manager who they, apparently, believe can point them in the right direction and there is evidence that they've brought in players who, it could be argued, can strengthen their squad.
Doesn't mean I like, or am jealous of them.
Just think they're a step ahead of us, with 3 weeks, two hours and thirteen minutes until kickoff

They lost 3 of their best players. They have a lot of work to do to be competitive.
 
The Scottish weather & MA's boot camp, will toughen our players up far more than sunny Spain & without the airport queues 😆

There's a team bonding benefit of pre-season training camps.
But warm weather camps are more suited to January/February, not the British summer (however unpredictable it may be).

And as for their friendly against Getafe while they're there?
PKE will be playing a La Liga team in 30' heat.
In those circumstances, I'd be surprised if any Championship team managed more than 20% possession, more than a handful of shots, and avoided multiple cases of borderline heat exhaustion.

Hand on heart, if we'd organised a trip like that I'd call it a waste of money.

I don’t care where Preston are for pre season.

I don’t care what Preston fans have to say on a Blackpool message board, get a ** life.

Same applies to our fans who go posting on PNE Online.

On a side note I’ll guarantee in that photo will be some fake Preston fans who come out the woodwork when they draw Liverpool/United in the cup and have gone along for the piss up. The amount of “fans” they have who actually support a Premier League side is embarrassing.
