Can I start with Jason Manford - like a bloody rash - seems to get everywhere and yet is supposedly a comedian and seems to be an authority on everything including now acting (although you can hardly describe Waterloo Road as acting!

During the NAPM period, JM slated OO for his destruction of BFC & called him an 'odious ferret'.
While others who had criticised OO were getting sued, JM returned to social media and apologised for his name calling, saying "I apologise for calling Oyston an odious ferret (pause) ..... as that is an insult to all ferrets" 🤣
He'll do for me!
 
I know this thread is about T.V. but i cannot get my head around the T.V. "stars" who keep getting shows on radio 2, this week i took my daughter to Worcester and had to wait 8 hours whilst she played netball for Severn Stars. Whilst waiting i endured some Reverend (from the tele) with Jason Mohamid ( from the tele) then Michael Ball ( star of stage and tele) then that Doris that goes to Australia to show people who have no intention to move there but fancy a free holiday was on (from the tele) and finally Rob Beckett (from the tele) was on. Absolutely no background in radio but given shows and don't even get me going about Paddy McGuiness replacing Rylan on saturday afternoon....!

Yep, his show on Absolute is decent as well, here's his actual 'apology'.

Dear fans,

After my earlier post regarding calling Karl Oyston of Blackpool FC an 'odious ferret' I've been contacted by my lawyers.

So I would like to retract my comments, they were unfair and misjudged and I can only apologise for letting myself, my family and my fans down. The last thing I want is to cause upset and to be taken to court over a silly comment.

I can only hope that my apology is accepted by ferrets and ferret owners everywhere. They of course make lovely, loving, loyal pets & are easily trainable & entertaining. To compare them to that total bellend was an insult to ferrets and for that I am sorry. To be even be mentioned in the same sentence to that knuckle-dragging slimy cockmuppet was a miscalculation on my part.
