I know people can say he should've started with Ballard, and it's a valid point definitely. But even with the lineup he chose, no manager could possibly account for going down to 10 men after 58 seconds. He was let down badly tonight by his most experienced defender. Again.
Husband shouldn't be in the side again imo, he's had more than enough chances. I say that in the knowledge that he's not a bad player, but he's very prone to doing the kind of thing he did tonight and against Lincoln, and the red against Southend was ridiculous and should've told us something. When you're a struggling side trying to put a string of results together, you just can't have a player like that in the side I'm afraid.
All that said, I'm not trying to excuse our other problems. Just saying that anything we'd planned or worked on before tonight went out of the window with less than a minute gone.
