I hope discussions are underway to get the gaffer to agree a long term deal. I am sure Simon and co will be involving him in consultations re the training ground and his requirements will be incorporated into the scheme and we must do everything we can to make him feel he has room to grow with us. There is no doubt that if we continue in the current form we are showing then his name will start getting mentioned with vacancies at other clubs and some "bigger" teams may fancy taking a punt. I really believe he loves the club and wants to continue on the best trip with us and long may it continue.
