60 mins is quite early for NC, it’s usually 70+.

The goal for our one point in the three games literally was scored and assisted by subs who had time to make an impact and a sub scored against Boro in the cup. That's 2 goals in 4 games by subs

Cardiff though, it was clear we needed height in defence or it was just a matter of time before they scored. Marv and Casey should have been introduced as early subs, before 45mins. Not sure why we need to wait until after they score? Tactical subs were needed very early to change things
