Hi there

Am I right in thinking there’s a Blackpool fan on here that can help with with options regarding watching TV in other rooms that don’t have provision for arial socket?

Thanks

Sorry for delay in replying. I’m moving into a new build house in the next couple of weeks and as I understand it only the lounge and master bedroom have an arial socket. If I wanted to install a TV in any other room how would that work?

Don’t have or plan to get Sky or cable
Aerial socket?

Surely the new TV’s just connect via WiFi/fibre

Is that right? Would a new smart tv only required to be plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi router in order to get a picture? I mean at least free view channels anyway

The new TV’s should work the same as streaming Netflix so you don’t need an aerial connection.

A TV installer will be able to give you more info

Get a sky mini box (obviously subscribe)
then as many repeater boxes as you like one per tv/room.
Just bought a third box for spare bedroom on market place for £20. 👍
