I can only wish him all the very best, he gave everything to the club and was a joy to watch. We will be worse off without him, but again, another factor from the total fuck up last season, it really was unforgivable. Let's hope the fee is at least 4 million with add ons and no instalments and it all goes to strengthening the team (yeah I know!! cloud cuckoo land)

One thing I have thought is better he goes now. Let the team build up a new rapport - who knows maybe Jerry was just a bit over-powering and the days that Jerry wasn't up for it, the team wasn't up for it.
When I played amateur level we had a guy who was Peter Kay funny, great player and was at the centre of everything and when he moved elsewhere in the country he was a massive loss to start with, the whole dressing room was quiet but weirdly we all got on with our jobs a lot better and actually improved as a team.
BFC is not just Jerry Yates - and funnily enough am not sure Jerry would have got on with Norwood who seems a 'proper player'.
