New Planning Application

This will be very interesting. They may have it on the council website(s) tomorrow.

Not a pop, but why hasn't the Club put this on their website? Surely it's positive news.

Planning adds value to the Club. It will happen, that is the planning. Whether anything else happens, who knows, but an indicator of a spades in the ground would be full transfer of the land to BFC or SS.

The training ground planning will add value to BFC for when Sadler does sell it whether he actually starts it or not. It'll keep us fans happy in the hope that it might start, but I don't think it will be Sadler that starts it. It's a bit like the planning for the east stand, adds value to the club but I don't think Sadler will be doing that either.

PP for training ground and/or East Stand will add next to zero value to valuation of the club.
