"A fine line between confidence and arrogance" reminds me of that Noel Gallagher quote when Oasis first got going "we're not arrogant, we just believe we're the best band in the world" - I'm sure Ollie got them thinking that way!

Thanks for this. A very down to earth lad. Enjoyed listening to it whilst doing a few jobs around the house.
