New Songs taken from Pre-Season

I've heard many things in my time following football the last 40 odd years, but what came out of a certain bright red, bald headed man yesterday was ridiculously magnificent. I take it many of the 'new chants' were replicated from having played Glasgow Rangers at the weekend but the pick of the bunch below:

"Sadler had a dream, to build a football team.
Around Hong Kong Town, he did roam.
Until he came home, cos he is Sand Grown.
Simon Sadler, he's one of our own"

"His name is Fiorini, he plays for Blackpool FC
He sounds like a song, Lewis you're the one...
To take us back where we belong"

Another one about the lad from Southport's head size also caught on. (apologies if the lyrics are slightly wrong, I'm sure someone can confirm.)

Change build to own?
 
There's one or two we could borrow from rangers that I enjoyed.

Particularly like the one where it builds up to their 'Glasgow rangers' chant and replace with 'Blackpool fc'.

that chant surprises me jj. Because I always thought the Rangers fans did not like mentioning the Glasgow in their name. As though they meant everyone knows where Rangers are based.

Dunno but that's what they sang, a good sort of European sounding chant with the build up and repetitive nature.

The do compete in Europe so do face some mad fanbases so I guess you pick up stuff.

Is this the one your talking about? I think it would be great in Blackpool's repertoire
