September will be crucial. Would like to think Patino might be doing light training now and I really hope we can get another striker in (ditch Beesley when the time comes - I don't think he's good enough).

So before the break we have
Huddersfield (a) 23rd
Middlesbrough (h) 20th
Rotherham (a) 12th
Millwall (a) 19th

Not easy at all with 3 away games but the fact all will probably end up in the second half of the Championship shows what a crucial month it is.
 
7 points minimum hopefully.

Only Huddersfield looking poor at the moment. Hopefully beat Rotherham and nick a point from either Boro or Wall.

The way we play though it really could be anything from 0 points to maximum 🤯🤪

Beaten to it by American Tangerine. Why are we writing off players after only a few games. It’s a pity he’s injured but he looked more mobile than Big Gaz & he scored. We’re not getting a Diaz due to cost so let’s forget about that & see what we can make of what we do have.
 
That’s Beesley written off for the umpteenth time on here. In the end he might turn out not to be the real deal but he certainly deserves a chance based on his appearances to date. That said, don’t know what the new manager makes of him
 
One of two things will happen with Beesley once fit. He either gets a run of games or goes on loan if Appleton's already made his mind up (but I think that's unlikely).

The time to judge him will be after he's played about 5-6 games, including at least 2-3 starts. We've seen nothing of him yet. For the record he looked decent that game he started and got a brace, I'm hopeful he'll add something but he must be given fair time.
 
They all look tough on paper. Especially away, as the O/P says. But, Is it just me or are we performing better away from home at the moment?
