Just noticed it's the BSM Final next weekend - would this site and the club have had a much better feel to it if we'd been in the final, would we be thinking the players have one eye on that and thus the last two defeats and or would there have been general apathy and the tickets sales so low that it was better we didn't make it?

Anytime you can get to a final at Wembley you should do everything you can to get there.

I think it would’ve bought the manager more time amongst the fanbase with the disappointing league form but instead it had everyone questioning WTF his team selection was about and wasting the opportunity.
