I thought he was excellent early on and just what we needed and for some reason has lost his way.
You never know with footballers what is happening in their personal loves or with their fitness etc but there is definitely a player in there.

Yes I do go to games and have done since the 80’s, if you think Norburn is our best midfielder then my question to you is.

I'm still on the fence about him but I certainly don't agree he's the most disappointing signing for a long time.

I think he's a good player who has had injuries. I doubt our formation really suits him too, but I think him and Virtue are both decent and if they can get and stay fit they'll be quality L1 midfielders. Sadly that's rarely been the case with Virtue and so far Norburn too, so we've rarely seen the best of either often enough.

He has quality but whether it’s the system or what he’s told to do it does my head in him stood so close to our defenders and just goes backwards/sideways most of the time.

I’d argue Morgan plays better without him.

He's very much a defensive midfielder though and if Kenny goes we're going to need him as I don't see many alternatives as things stand.
