Norburns goal

Would imagine the brains of the xG Stat nerds on the coaching staff will have exploded when he hit that. Boom.

Not seen it back yet but live it went in like a rocket. Probably a once a season thing as they don't like players taking risks like that any more when a game isn't already won (Dougall saying after Wembley he'd been told not to shoot etc) but very enjoyable when someone cuts out the faff and wellies one in.

For me, that’s the best goal at Bloomers since Josh against Bournemouth. He needed that today 🍊🍊

they all count. nice to see a spread of goals throughout the team. sounds like a beezer of a strike. have to catch the highlights later on. After i have watched Bogart in the Big Sleep. Not referring to Bloomers mind.

Absolute screamer. Another game with 4 goals in it and Pool.

I honestly don’t get why people say Critch plays boring football. I wish he bloody would some times. I’d take some stale 1-0 wins
Goals don’t equal exciting football. It was okay today, but the football is largely very negative. It’s an endemic problem in football these days unfortunately, passing it around backwards is seen as preferable to direct play.

Superb goal and a decent enough performance but as others have alluded to, football seems to be becoming less of a spectator sport at the higher levels and it's filtering down to the lower divisions as is the greed that drives it! I loved the game today because the atmosphere was coming back, it's been missing for months, and it's the atmosphere that the Pool faithful create that's kept me going for almost 5 decades, not the standard of football as those who've suffered like I have for many a season can probably understand!
