Everton is a good omen.
Beat them.2-1 pre season that we got promoted to the prem and then again drew 3-3 season we went up beating Lincoln.

Probably best pre-season test we've had in years.
Only hope we assemble a squad which can benefit from this platform.
Realise it's early days and we'll still be developing those we have whilst,
hopefully, acquiring more, at the expense of those who might not be of Championship standard, but it does appear, once again again, that we're some way behind other clubs with only a month to the start of the season
