Nuno a NoNo

Has this guy actually done anything other than be fired? He's only been at one club longer than 18 months.

One of the most overrated managers I've seen. And from stuff that's come out of Spurs after, sound like a bit of a knob.

Expect him to rotate heavily, his focus will be purely on getting a bit more breathing room at the bottom of the Prem. Why people see it as a bad draw, I have no idea. There's only 20 Prem clubs and I wouldn't have wanted Luton, Bournemouth, Brighton, Shef Utd or Wolves (again). So that makes them the 15th best draw, aside from getting the Nobbers at home. I'm thinking of making a weekend of it! 😁

I agree with Newbury, it's a fairly obvious thing to say his remit will be Prem survival.

He did a good job at Wolves, didn't get fired either, left by mutual consent.

Now I've got Nuno a go go to the tune of Einstein a go go stuck in my head thanks a bunch!! 🤬

Well, on the musical theme, the rock number which immediately came to my mind when I heard the name Nuno, is the track entitled 'Man of Peace' by US rock outfit Extreme, from the late-'80/early-'90s. Featuring lead guitarist Nuno Bettencourt, the fret-melting playing, evidenced in his blistering lead solo on the track in question, is truly breath-taking, and, if you are that way inclined, I would strongly advise anyone, even those with only a passing interest, to search it out on youtube. You won't be disappointed, believe me.

A brief amendment. The track in question ISN'T 'Man of Peace'. It's entitled, 'Rest in Peace.' Soz for any confusion!
