O/T. Best artists in Blackpool past and present

Too many to name, if you count the Empress Ballroom and Rebellion.
I’m sure there’s plenty on here will be able to rattle off a catalogue of great bands from the ABC too.

I get your point, though, it’s not like the good old days.
 
Well mine will never sell for millions but I do enjoy a spot of watercolour landscaping from time to time.
 
Saw 'The Tommy Steel show' at the ABC in 1979. Got 2 free tickets off a guest house owner ( back then all hotel / guest house owners use to get comps for the summer shows ) As a young lad I thought it was going to be totally sheeeeeite. How wrong I was, It was fantastic 👍
 
1975 were decent at the tower for Radio 1.....also were good at Blackpool Rocks.
Nick Cave & Warren Ellis were on form at the Winter Gardens last year....Night out with the weirdo's who also brought their kids...who were weirdo's

Looking forward to Diana Ross at Lytham....On her, "See me before I die" Tour
May even do a night at the R-Fest stage for rebellion.....80's pop for the edgy, guy in his 50's with a beer belly and receding hairline...
