O/T British Gas

I have an on line account with British Gas. Every day for the past week I have attempted to access, but every time the message " there is a problem, please try later" comes up.
Has anyone had a similar experience, or knows what their problem is. This is very annoying!
 
Over the years I have found the British Gas app absolute pants and often have similar experience to yourself…..however just tried and all is working ok for me.
Had to delete and reload a few times In the past.

Try deleting your cookies. Often helps.
 
Who hasn’t had problems with British Gas. They are awful. One of the worst companies to deal with. When they don’t understand the problem they cut you off.

This has happened every time I’ve tried to log my meter readings. Luckily I have a pal that works at BG so just give him a text and he sorts it for me.

They’re awful other than that though.
