I've said in previous threads that we haven't performed well as a team or individually since the so called "stars" came into the side.

Out of Salt,Livingstone, Buttler, de Grandhomme, and Mitchell, only Mitchell has performed.

When the core side played, we won 3 and lost 1.

We have enough quality in this team to be top of the table with at least 5 wins from 7.

What we don't seem to have is tactical awareness, team spirit and leadership.

Hartley and Wood batting above De Grandhomme and Bell is ridiculous.

DG has done nothing with the bat all comp and whereas Hartley was hitting sixes for fun the other night . . . no problem with him being up the order.

Strange one to leave Bell so late mind . . . he should certainly come in before Rob Jones.

Not sure how far away Wells or Jennings are to coming back but having one of them at the top of the order will add a big of backbone.
