Whole area near jct of W Hill Rd is sealed off and swarming with cops.
As far as i can tell, possible hostage situation in a house - cops keeping shouting for 'sean' to come to window.
As i left there was SEVENTEEN cop cars and vans inc chief inspector and negotiators
