O/T What is happening to the Preston fans on Saturday?

So will they be staying in after the game or will we have to mix with them when they come out onto Bloomfield Road?
 
In detail?

Load up the Arkansas Chuggaboom about 1.30 - could leave it till 2pm but the top speed only reaches 18mph, 16 if all eight of them are inside.

Go on about 2.50pm, practice the ore sound.

Wonder where everyone else is.

Cheer as team emerges.

Call for St Frank's head as each Pool goal goes in.

Go back home.

Shouldn't that be Arkan-cha Chuggaboom?
 
Does SLO know anything? Surely due to the rivalry and the safety of everybody they must be being kept in for 30;:8; minutes after the game?
 
Only their Ambassador class ST holders could get tickets so shouldn't think there will be much aggro unless of course you like taunting & picking on old men , woman & children . If anything its our dickheads that need keeping in or preferably out altogether !!
 
If history repeats itself, they will be keeping quiet and leaving the the ground in an orderly fashion, which should be respected.
Preston fans do not have a reputation. Never have, and generally only cause trouble when there is nobody around.

Like I said yesterday - Wouldn't be surprised if some ticketless mob make a cowardly attack on The Armfield whilst the Pool fans are in the stadium.
Similar to the Hop Inn & The Windmill pub incidents, when the Pool fans were at the game.

Hopefully we win and everyone goes home peacefully.

That’s my fear too. I think any trouble at the game will be virtually non existent. I suspect that some of their over excited youth might make the short trip to Blackpool intent on causing trouble in or around town.

Not if the police are checking fans at Preston train station and only letting them board trains if they have a ticket
 
Anyone remember going to Wigan away and all fans (including families I recall) arriving at the station were shepherded together at the station for about 30 mins then were marched to that Wigan pier pub where we were not allowed to leave until about 2pm when the police marched everyone to the ground .

Yes, and we were all escorted back to the station after and held in the car park until the train was on the platform. I’m sure some people who were visiting Wigan for non football reasons on that day ended up being marched to the Orwell 😂

Isiah 30:8 says
