Off to Cork

Following Friday night's opening fixture at Southport, the squad will now enjoy several days of training in an elite sporting environment in Cork with just four weeks until the 2023/24 season get underway.

Speaking ahead of the trip, Head Coach Neil Critchley said:

"In the context of pre-season, this week is huge.

"We have four weeks of pre-season left to try and build a team that is ready to fight in a really competitive league. The more time we spend together we have to use to our advantage.

"We put a lot of time and effort into training - the content, the process and physically what we do. On the back of Friday nights game, we have plenty to be getting on with."
