Anybody know whats happening with this lad? Was speaking to a Leeds fan who said he showed promise and we paid good money for him. He's hardly featured at all this season and I've not seen anything about a long-term injury.

Completely forgot we signed him - Googled and he got a 3 year deal plus one so would appear to be a long term prospect but not heard anything about him as you say.

For me, Casey, James, Connolly, Dale and Carey all fit in to the meh category I'm afraid.
Think we have brought in a few too many 'they're OK' type players.

You need to watch Carey more closely then. He's definitely not meh. Bad game Saturday but he's a good player.

Casey you haven't seen. And Dale has played 6 games. Our fans are ridiculous at the best of times.

Thinking he'll be going out on loan in January. Came highly regarded by Leeds but possibly our first team was a step up too soon and was maybe brought in for the future and as one for developing but the lad needs games so I believe he'll go out to get them.

Agree with that and in addition we have not seen Connolly in his correct position.
What is Connollys correct position, in my eyes he is a right footed Husband, utility man, ok substitute.
Husband and Connolly on the bench gives mediocre coverage in a few positions but I don't think either of them should ideally be first choice in any position.

You’ve not seen Husband this season then, he’s nailed on first 11 and one of our most improved and best players. Should be captain.

I have seen every game. Fantastic player to have round the club, wholehearted good professional. Unfortunately his use of the ball is not good enough for this division.
First name on the bench for me and that's not an insult but ultimately like a few others in the squad he hasn't quite got the whole package to be a regular starter in the Championship.

Who plays left back? Don't you dare say Reece James.

I disagree - more consistent than Garbutt, better than James, can play left-back or in the centre, he's one of our most consistent players.

But can't pass it very well, don't dislike him he just lacks a bit of quality in possession.
James Husbands pass for Keshi's goal agin PNE was pretty good......Dont judge by the second half against Derby, nobody played well in that 45 mins [bar Big Marv perhaps]
