From one of the articles posted this i found interesting.

"Only 1.7% of identified Covid-19 cases were admitted to hospital in the second week of infections in the fourth wave, compared with 19% in the same week of the third delta-driven wave, South African Health Minister Joe Phaahla said at a press conference. "

Thats a significant drop in comparison to their last wave at the same stage.

Given omicron is more transmissible it may be that thats a higher number of identified cases too but thats just pure speculation.

I was moaning about having to listen to George ** Ezra and the rest of the shit. It’s not a ** festival it’s like a graveyard for the musically retarded.
