The timing doesn’t matter, there’s far more “added time” now, but nevertheless, Saturday afternoon is sacrosanct whether you’re at the game or not.

3:55 2nd half starts?

Back in the 70's half time used to be 12 minutes, then they changed it to 15 minutes sometime in the 90's.

No it was always 10 minutes for half time until Sky started regular broadcasts of league games in the 90`s when they expanded it to 15 minutes to fit in more half time adverts I believe.
