Sure it was mentioned today that anyone, no matter their nationality, who has been in the UK during the last 2 weeks won't be allowed in.

So that includes for instance any Ukrainians who were at Hampden Park.

But anyone in the EU can go. There are apparently over 1 million Brits living in the EU. So any English football fans among that lot can go. So long as they haven't been back to Blighty in the last two weeks.
