One half team (45mins) Every game!

Every game this season!
Why?
We're not a team who plays the same way regardless, when leading we drop off, go sloppy and stop playing. When losing we suddenly start playing and put our better players on.

It's about the managers mentality and players mentality.

See I'm going to show Critch some sense of respect here. If you watch him when the players are "sitting back" you can see him telling the players to push up, and when they have the ball at the back, he is telling them to press. I wont defend his team selections because he has got that wrong a few times. However, if Critch is telling the players to push on, but they continue to sit back, there is only so much he can do, and yes, he could put on more forward thinking players such as Lavs and Dembelle, but then it might go the other way and have no balance in the midfielder/defensive thirds.

He clearly needs to get that balance right, and Norburn does give us that, as Kenny likes to push forward, and looks like a completely different player when he does, while Norburn likes to sit back, dictate play and break up play.

I understand its not as easy as that at times, but one player can make a huge difference, and its natural for players to sit in when the clock is ticking down, its just trying to get into them, that we are better on the front foot (of which i still believe Critch is trying to do).
