OT - Lancs v Glamorgan

I would gone to day 2, but for the Welsh Govt deciding that it would be members only day 1 and behind closed doors tomorrow.FFS.
 
Perfect start to day 2, 2nd ball of the day and Lancs have a 23 run lead. If we can bat well we will have a great chance to secure another win.
 
Providing a bit of a cricket fix while it is raining in that London.

I could only get the live stream from Glamorgan which was a bit weird.
 
The commentary have just mentioned that Jos Buttler will be available for the first chunk of T20 blast games . . . I don't think he's played a game for Lancs in about 2 years !!

With the NZ T20 specialist Finn Allen also in the team we'll have one hell of a batting line up 👍
 
72/2 with a lead of 95. Anything over 200 will put us in a decent position on this wicket. Obviously there is plenty of time in the game and the forecast looks good so Lancs need to ensure they build a big 2nd innings lead.
 
109/4 (132 lead), this game is going to be very close. Hopefully an hour of Livingstone will take the game away from Glamorgan.
 
Probably gonna lose this unless we get another 50 plus runs

we were nearly coasting before lunch 100 ahead with 8 wickets left = the Alex Davies wicket at lunch was crucial
 
It's clearly a tough wicket to score on, given the low scoring to this point. Then add the pressure of a run chase and it certainly isn't a given Glamorgan will chase down the 165 they are currently behind. If the next couple of partnerships can get us over 180 we are very much in the game.
 
159/9 (182 lead), Glamorgan will need to score the highest innings in this match to win. A very important partnership, if the last pair can nudge us towards 200 it should be a very interesting chase.
 
95-2, 93 to win.

A couple of quick wickets now and we may have a sniff. It is the sort of pitch that sees clusters of wickets fall.
 
All the innings have followed a similar path . . . decent start and then massive collapse!!!

No reason to think this will be any different . . need Labus' tonight mind 👍
