OT Privacy Settings Button?

I've been getting a blue box with 'privacy' settings in the bottom corner of this website only. I don't see anything on this site to get rid. Any idea other than a system restore?

I'm getting the same, I think it's a site issue.

I also have a bug where any links I insert into my post goes before any text preceding it no matter where my cursor is.

I have it too. Can’t close it even if I go in and mess with the settings and then close

Thank christ it's not just me as I have just changed laptops and it has been doing my head in that I can't get shot of it

It is annoying that you can't remove

It appears to be from one of our advertising partners and so we’ll speak to them on Monday about removing it or at least having the ability to close it.
