What's the latest? Loan back to Crewe?
After another couple of games it may be quicker to start threads on those that are good enough. This instant fix society in painful. What is it with trying to get rid of players already on this board in the last 24hrs-

Now Dale how on earth do you replace all these contracted players unless spending a small fortune on revenue of only 8k ST holders?
We need a squad of 25 not forgetting the five sub rule this season it's a pipe dream we'll be letting all these go.
Better costs money and if this board gets its wishes a lot of money. What happened to gradual and incremental improvement?Dale Tharme and beesley out on loan opens up squad spaces for 5 signings, not including any U21 loans we may get
It’s about being able to look straight through the bed wetters and see them for what they are, if we can then I’m sure SS, BM and others can. Unfortunately it’s the social media world we now live in as damaging as it can be.If SS reads this board, which he says that he does from time to time, I'm sure he, like the rest of us, understands that conjecture by ill informed fans is just part and parcel of the deal.
The under 21 rule is irrelavent when loaning a playerDale Tharme and beesley out on loan opens up squad spaces for 5 signings, not including any U21 loans we may get
I agree !Seemingly on my own but I think there’s a good player in Dale and looking forward to see him kick on with us this season
He seems a confidence player. He’s had injury and fitness issues so pre season is critical for him.Seemingly on my own but I think there’s a good player in Dale and looking forward to see him kick on with us this season
Keep him: If we're losing, we could bring him on for the last 10 minutes, and he can bomb the opposition's box with his wurlitzersTharme should not be going anywhere with that bomber of a throw
He's still training regularly at the gym in Warrington. I'm told he could cause an argument in an empty house, let's hope we see some that aggression come out of him on the pitch to liven our midfield upHe seems a confidence player. We’ve seen flashes of real talent and brilliance. He’s got flair and creativity but at present lacks consistency and maybe even belief? He could be the surprise contributor next season - likewise he could not get the consistency and Appy will discard.
I’ve been critical too but unlike Kirk who seemed very one dimensional, Dale has real potential if it can click some how?

me too. 3 of us.I agree !
I am sure it won't be just 1 match that has made these decisions . He will be watching the training and getting advice from his seconds.I think we need players in before we loan more out. You can't just use last night's game as an example, let Appleton see him and the other players a few times before we discard anyone else.
No doubt, I'm sure he's also analysing footage from last season. Regardless, Appleton wants to play a different way to that under Critchley. Some players may not fit into the new system. So many variables but Dale is technically quite good and does have a trick or 2.I am sure it won't be just 1 match that has made these decisions . True on his gym training. Although I think the cleaner there could bench more than OwenHe's still training regularly at the gym in Warrington. I'm told he could cause an argument in an empty house, let's hope we see some that aggression come out of him on the pitch to liven our midfield up
I’ve been looking forward to him “kicking on” since he arrived but it ain’t happened yet.Seemingly on my own but I think there’s a good player in Dale and looking forward to see him kick on with us this season
Be interesting to see his stats comparison for Blackpool, goals/assists to minutes on the pitch. Scored goal of season last year if they hadn't already judged it!He seems a confidence player. He’s had injury and fitness issues so pre season is critical for him.

Think it was 2 goals 2 assists from 15 appearances. 7 starts with 3x 90 mins. Worked out about 45 mins a game.Be interesting to see his stats comparison for Blackpool, goals/assists to minutes on the pitch. Scored goal of season last year if they hadn't already judged it!
So 2 goals and 2 assists including goal of the season for me, in roughly 7 full games, I’d guess best stats out of the squad!Think it was 2 goals 2 assists from 15 appearances. 7 starts with 3x 90 mins. Worked out about 45 mins a game.
Scored at Reading and set one up
Set Gary Goals up for a tap in at Cov
The goal at Barnsley.
Something like that anyway. Don't have access to club sourced data for the amount of crosses put in that nobody made anything of or stuff like that.
OK I think considering he was in and out of the team in a set up more wary of conceding than all-out to score.
One of many in the squad where it'd probably work better in league one, so we'll just have to see what MA can do to stave that natural level off from finding us again. Critchley had a way of making you totally frustrated with a 1-0 win until you could feel the value of the three points at the end. Might be a tough act to follow when we look back. Particularly with the recruitment drive yet to get out of neutral.
