Not been on the avfft site for alongalong-time. It make's me feel like a fair weather fan coming back on to join in the glory.

The play off have this effect. Yeah doom n' gloom bottles cups n' saucers flying across the room if you lose.
But win thru' and the memories stay with you 4ever. Big Dave Bamber - Super Brett's winner and Charlies rocket free kick - Wesley H (now 39, scored last week) a tiny tornado driving defenders to tears with his mesmerising dribbles.
Someone mentioned silence on the tube after losing pen shootout in the last time we lost a play off match. I too was silent, my 50's tangerine and white scarf stuffed in pocket on a train from Paddington to Bristol absolutely jam packed with heartbroken, crest fallen, Cardiff fans.

One big difference from the last 4 promotions is that we finished 6th in each season. The last semi was v 3rd place Notts Forest who had beat us twice during the season. So we should be wary of Oxford Utd who finished their season like an express train to Cardiff.
Hey lets all hope they suffer the same fate. I will be in a caravan in Cornwall for the 2nd leg. Any tips on free streaming the match?
