Oxford, Lincoln and Barnsley fans

Just been reading all their forums and there is a definite 'wobble' going on with all their fans. Oxford and Barnsley supporters have talked about their sides 'bottling' it, not being good enough and lacking the quality to go on and win the Play Offs whilst Lincoln fans are concerned about all the injuries and suspensions they now have.

Add to that our fans general negativity about our side and you'd have to say if you were Bolton or Peterborough fans you'd fancy yourselves in the Play Offs (realise it could be Derby but they have Carlisle at home on the last day and if you were Bolton you'd be preparing for the Play Offs!).

As we know sometimes it’s the team who just sneaks in on the last day goes all the way.
Think that is becoming less and less the case due to the financial gap between divisions. It’s mostly been the team in third who’ve gone up the last few seasons.

Hopefully we can break that trend if we get in there.

Looking at recent results (not performances), where we've ground out wins whilst not conceding, Oxford, Barnsley & Lincoln fans, with their teams really wobbling, will not want to play us.
Although we're boring & frustrating to watch, we've hit a consistent patch just at the right time.

Still a long way to go.

I must admit I expected 1 result to go for us last night and 1 against. We need quite a few more like that.

Do it though and anything can happen. Deffo more likely than this time yesterday.

I doubt Posh and Notlob fans are feeling confident either. Posh have lost 3 of their last 6 and Notlob have only won 2 out of 6. Posh lost 5-0 on Saturday too, obviously.

We will scrape in, Critchley will unleash his 4-3-3 ‘Ode to Holloway’ which the squad have been working on since July 2023 and we’ll blitz our way through the playoffs, leaving a trail of bodies in our wake.

Narrator: Blackpool 0 - 3 Barnsley
