I was working in London & travelled with BASIL for that game. Was amazed at the following we took. Very unlucky to lose 2-1 from what I remember.

Stevenage are probably the worst side I’ve seen us play at home this season. And were pretty dire when we played them away also.

I’ve been impressed with you lot in both games. You’ve some very good players and play a style of football I think the majority of us would like to see us play.

That being said.. Oxford 0-3 Stevenage.

Stop it, the biggest bunch of bruisers in the division are a goal up and more than capable of stopping an inconsistent Oxford team.

I wrote on another post as far as we're concerned we need two wins and the only scenario that would have really suited us in that game was a 3-0 or 4-0 Stevenage win as then we could have passed Oxford on goal difference on the final day with two wins.
As it is, we are resigned to going in to the last day relying on others.
