In answer to the question Tit D I don’t want him anywhere near our historic football club. He should feck off along with his daughter out of the ground and sell the land to someone to gain the planning themselves. That would be the decent thing to do, so it won’t happen.

I think it was an attention seeking move, just to remind us he is still around. I doubt he has the funds to build it

I think the objections were(on here) apart from the ownership one, were from the Armfield club and also because of the vacinity near the school. Not that I want another licensed premise in the area but competition is competition. What if someone else buys the old No1 club, will it be blacklisted before a pint is pulled.

Yes as he’s a Brexiteer and I for one have nothing to do with Wetherspoons or his political outlook and supporters and just like OO NAPM in my house to them
