It certainly cant do any harm and it takes next to no time so why not do it.?

See the wider context. Brentford, Swansea, Blackpool, Lincoln, Morecambe and Newport are all involved and all want a larger attendance.
It still won't change things but a significant response to the petition will be noticed.

Its not just about Blackpool though. It was started by a Brentford fans group, and covers all three games and all six clubs.

Although having said that, a petition isn't going to do much. The best idea is politicians (of whichever party).
