Photos of Limerick City Ireland 🇮🇪

I used to work out in Ireland quite a bit in the mid-late 2000s, I sold advertising space in hotel brochures and was in Galway a few times, never visited Limerick though. Worked all over the UK and Ireland and we stayed in the hotels we were producing the brochures for, one of the best I stayed in was the G Hotel in Galway, it hadn't been open long and it was incredible, at the time it was the only 5 star hotel on Galway.

Very expensive lately they are I often have a browse inside them
We couldn't believe the prices. Books at 3 quid each - 3 for a quid in our local shop. The wife fancied a pair of shoes until she saw the price - 35€!
Is Adare where there is a long driveway to a castle off the main road that housed Bill Clinton on a visit?
Yes, leads to the golf club. Adare is often voted the prettiest village in Ireland but I find it a bit too picture perfect.

So why Google it when we've got you.

Treaty of Limerick?

And it has continental European feel doesn't it. Might be because of the weather, but it feels open, water running through it, flowers and clean.

You'll have to do a compilation "away from the tourist trail" for us.

Good stuff and thank you.

You’re blessed with that part of the world. Do you frequent Thomson’s Park much? Would like to visit the SW again sometime and play some more of the golf courses.

Lovely City is Limerick - thank you for sharing, only an hour or so away from down here.
Its nice that you can showcase how beautiful the south really is Limerick :)

Great pics Limerick.
I was beginning to think you were a little OTT when you took one or two. 😉
Looks like a great place to live.

I knew some great players have played for Munster but I’ve just googled them - wow that’s more impressive than I thought 🏉 👏🏻
Yep got to know alot of them through working at the stadium, not a rugby fan myself

I always had a Blackpool FC pin badge on my uniform shirt,I once gave one to Anthony Foley who was manager, misfortune actually died sudden while managing Munster too
