Wonder how Turton feels about his move now? I did wonder at the time why anyone would sign a deal when their own team was looking good in the Play Offs. Twice the player Gabriel is for me and a bit like Thorniley a bit of an unsung hero last season who I was sad to lose.

Never fully appreciated by some at Pool but always used his brain in covering for others mistakes. Good luck to him. Sterling has been excellent but it has taken a Premier club loaner to replace Turton.
