Dembele is understandable for excitement but what’s the end product. Grimshaw with his heroics and best ever season has put points on the board. Has to be him. Rhodes not played enough games to merit the award.

Rhodes for me. Not because he's lasted a season - which he hasn't - but he's shown how good we can be when we've got a goalscorer. That's nothing against Grimmy but a Keeper can help to stop a team getting beat. We need to show that we can win games. Jordan showed how that can work.

I'm not one for giving it to a loan player, so on that basis it narrows it down to either Grimshaw or Casey. Given Grimshaw has played more, I'd sway towards him. I'd probably have Apter in 3rd place.

Grimshaw, he's made a number of crucial saves and been fairly consistent throughout the season .... but another mention for Apter, who's had a great season, just unfortunately not for us.

No, I think if we stay in this division we'll find another couple of decent loans. It seems to be our skill. If we snuck up in the playoffs (I know ) I'd definitely settle for that position.

I voted Dembele because he’s the one I’ve enjoyed watching most this season.

Grimmy has been excellent too and it probably would of been Rhodes if he’d not been unlucky with injuries.

It's a shame that when we talk about player of the year we have to say players who aren't even our players. If we had to choose only our players I suppose it would have to be Grimmy. But I also think Apter deserves a mention because he seems to be the most improved player we've got. Shame he wasn't playing for us. If we are down the loans choice it would have to be Rhodes for me.
