Nothing at all wrong with 3-5-2. It makes you strong (in theory) at the back in the middle where, surprise suprise, most goals are scored. Width comes from the 2 wide lads and not only do you have 2 strikers, yes 2, there are 3 central midfielders who control the game.
Playing a left footer on the right and your right footed winger on the left is just lunacy though, especially when it clearly it hasn't worked for the last 3 matches.
That change would do for starters I reckon. Onwards and upwards.
