Please welcome little Mossy

TM’s O/P in December and the sight of little Mossy was the catalyst Mrs Ska and I needed to look for another dog after losing our Max almost a year ago. In the end we decided on a rescue dog and are now 5 days into loving this little chap Baxter who is 4 years old. Thanks Tangerinemoss for your advice and for reducing the size of this photo so I could share it with you on this forum 😎.

Handsome little chap, I hope you have many years of pleasure with him.

Delighted to have played a tiny part in a real good news story 👍

A little story about our wonderful 'Jason', Goldie.
I used to take him walking in the country in Bucks.
One day I thought I'd try something.
Jason was lagging, sniffing at everything. He was about 2 years old.
I dropped a handkerchief in the grass verg and walked on. I called for him to catch up.
He came along, past the place where I dropped the hanky, he suddenly stopped, turned round and
went back and picked up the hanky and brought it to me.
I have a tear in my eye as I write this, even though it is over 30+ years ago.

She is, puppies are lovely but little slightly older better behaved dogs who don't bite and have accidents are even better. She's gone from us worrying about the Spaniel attacking her, to her being totally dominant as she drapes a paw across his back
My kinda girl 😆

I hope that lovely black cat isn’t the one that keeps crapping in our back garden😂Mrs B is definitely not amused by it…mind you nor am I.

…oh and yes our neighbours have a very black cat and no he or she is not welcome🫣

Christmas last year. They've grown a bit!! Black n white one is off all over the place, little black un is a bit timid and just stays in the house or back garden. So unless you live with us, she ain't crapping in your garden. 😁

That’s amazing Wizzer, your two cats are a spitting image of my two, my black and white one is rather small , but very inquisitive and the black one (her brother) is bigger but very timid .

FB our black n white one is going to be massive, he's already bigger than our 12 year old cat and hes only 9 months!! Little black un is as timid as they come, runs straight in the house at the slightest noise!!
You would never think they were from the same litter either, plus their mother was pure white!!!
Work that out 🤷

Jason, our Goldie was a crafty bugger.
At night when we went to bed, we got his basket out and he got in.
Sometimes I would go downstairs for something.
There he was, on the settee, tail thumping and looking very sheepish.
