A major incident in Plymouth has been declared following shootings in the town leaving 'many dead' - Classed as non terrorist and a gunman has been shot dead.

Plymouth indoor shopping centre has been evacuated. Seems to be a news blackout on TV for now.

According to some reports I've read, the man was obsessed with American gun culture, and may have been something of a misfit.

But how the hell does he get a gun? He may still have killed without one, but I doubt he would have been able to spread such carnage.

He originally appears to be from Phoenix, Arizona. So unfortunately the gun culture would seem to ring true.
