Pod reaction to Critch fecking off - LIVE at 9pm

i really dont understand the thinking from Critch, i dont even understand the going for a bigger salary, hes still a young guy, and building a project, I could imagine you do five, six even seven years here and have success in the whole project. possible PL, maybe a cup trophy, top class academy, new training ground built for real purpose, in 4 or five years he might have been looking at a top PL job with the rewards that entails.

it makes no sense -

I get the feeling like Tim that something has gone on behind the scenes
 
Agree with most of this, seriously how long do we think Gerrard will last at Villa, club has bigger expectations than they are capable of? out of a job within 2 seasons is a real possibility

And straight into another when that happens, no matter how he does.
 
I don’t think anything has gone on my theory is

1. Doesnt like pressure and being in the firing line from fans and press .
2. Big wage increase
3. Doesn’t want to be a manager in the championship really just wants to coach
4. Right job opportunity at the right time

We don’t know him personally . The last two games big defeats . Maybe he just can’t handle it and prefers to be no 2
