Seems they have a few problems at the moment .. let's hope they pick up a few more during the week in training!
However, always like it when teams are unbeaten - we always seem to take advantage of that!Always hate it when teams have loads of injuries, seems to spur them on.
Dont we have similar injured?
Trusty, first team?Virtue, Lavery, Kouassi, Norburn, Tayt Trusty and don't forget Gabriel and Joseph are just coming back after long lay-offs. So we could claim 7 if you class them as "walking wounded." The last 2 certainly aren't fully match fit yet.
Seems Rhodes also is carrying a knee injury. So that's 8
Pushing it with Trusty. Not really in first team contention.Virtue, Lavery, Kouassi, Norburn, Tayt Trusty and don't forget Gabriel and Joseph are just coming back after long lay-offs. So we could claim 7 if you class them as "walking wounded." The last 2 certainly aren't fully match fit yet.

Yes, they made a mistake on that one.I see Mr Indestructible Colby Bishop isn't one of them. The player our medical team deemed too much of a risk
Dont be such a clever dick it wasn't just one mistake was it? Virtually every other player we signed last season last season missed long spells through injury, Poveda, Fiorini, Trybull and Goode and this season Joseph. Hopefully things have improved and the obvious point I was making was that the one that was rejected has never missed a game.Yes, they made a mistake on that one.
But I guess you never have, so you have the right to criticize them

Going off him being part of the 1st team squad. Yes he's a fringe player, but still in our squad.Pushing it with Trusty. Not really in first team contention.
First team squad, yes.Trusty, first team?
Do you think the people who believe Critchley is the devil incarnate are the same people on this thread who think we'll beat Portsmouth on Saturday?I love how last week Critch was devil incarnate and now we are going to storm the castle of the league's unbeaten top dogs. We've won one away game.
Let's go there full of hope and take confidence from our performance on Saturday, albeit against abject opposition, and fight for every ball and see what we can get. We might win, it's possible. We could've won at Bolton, whatever the doom mongers said afterwards.
I give credit where it’s due and criticism when it’s merited. Granted Shrewsbury we’re diabolical, but the intent, personnel and tactics were spot on.I love how last week Critch was devil incarnate and now we are going to storm the castle of the league's unbeaten top dogs. We've won one away game.

Do I think we’ll beat them? 60/40 no. But it would be vintage Blackpool to only draw with dross like Fleetwood and Port Vale to go and win at undefeated top of the leagueDo you think the people who believe Critchley is the devil incarnate are the same people on this thread who think we'll beat Portsmouth on Saturday?
Probably a few of them yeah!Do you think the people who believe Critchley is the devil incarnate are the same people on this thread who think we'll beat Portsmouth on Saturday?
The way I see it, the team is slowly developing. It's a process. I'd much rather see fast flowing attacking football, we all would, I think. But we will, and we already have, at times.I give credit where it’s due and criticism when it’s merited. Granted Shrewsbury we’re diabolical, but the intent, personnel and tactics were spot on.
We’re very iffy defensively, so why not attack teams more? I respect the fact away from home you have to be slightly more pragmatic, but going to places with no attacking intent? Why even bother showing up?
Our strong point is scoring goals, so unleash the handbrake and go for it. Rather watch us lose 3-2 entertaining games then boring 1-0 losses without having a shot on target like Bolton
Didn't do us any good last season!!Always hate it when teams have loads of injuries, seems to spur them on.
Not if you don't hit the target, you won't win owt.I love how last week Critch was devil incarnate and now we are going to storm the castle of the league's unbeaten top dogs. We've won one away game.

Barnsley away!!Got a feeling we're doing 'em on a Saturday. Classic Critchley away 1 nil smash and grab, we've due one of them this season.
Obviously, but we had 11 shots at goal and some were deflected wide, we went there to try and win and we created chances. Not if you don't hit the target, you won't win owt.
We're due another* one of them this season!Barnsley away!!![]()
Not sure what point you are making here tbh.Dont be such a clever dick it wasn't just one mistake was it? They've got to lose at some point, why not to us!Do I think we’ll beat them? 60/40 no. But it would be vintage Blackpool to only draw with dross like Fleetwood and Port Vale to go and win at undefeated top of the league
FFS another shitty clever reply eh, I thought you were better than that, add Bridcutt to that list as well. There has to be some underlying issue for players like Bridcutt, Trybul and Goode to pull up after barely a game never to be seen again. Fiorini, Rogers and Poveda all missed far more than they played. It has to be more than coincidence and then we followed up with Joseph this season who passed our medical despite carrying an injury whereas Bishop was sent packing. Not sure what point you are making here tbh.
Are you saying that the mistake the club made in respect of those players was that they should have foreseen that they would get injured during the course of the season and therefore should not have signed them ?
I didn’t realise that Russell Grant owned the club .
I’d completely forgotten about Goode I had to Google him !!!FFS another shitty clever reply eh, I thought you were better than that, add Bridcutt to that list as well.
