Got to hit the target, wild 3 feet over or wide attempts and big mistakes in midfield and at the back just have to be cut out. Full on focus from start to finish, no expectations though.
 
I’d love to be wrong but I’m going for a 2-1 Vale win with Rhodes getting our goal.

I imagine Coach will see this as an absolute must not lose game and set us up accordingly for the nil nil Nick a goal game plan as usual.
 
Whatever the result tonight the flaws in the team have now been fully exposed. 3/4 to go and better quality to come in.
 
Terrible ref, another blunder by Grimmy, Backpass Norburn orchestrating chaos at the back and a bunch of bitter Port Fail fans eager to rub it in how bad we are even though some thought we'd stroll this league. 3-1 loss.

A good solid performance, a goal in each half to win 2-0, restricting them to a few half chances and a decent ref for a change.

Of the 2 scenarios, the former is more likely, but I'm hoping for the latter. 🤞
 
If they play a full pitch - Vale Park is a big pitch then it will help us as we will use the width better. We will win. I imagine they may reduce its dimensions - Cambridge was a small pitch and we could not deal with it.
 
I'm going for a cracking 0-3 but that is dependent on team selection.. I'm hopeful critch will pick his best players tonight that are available. (I might change this when team is announced)

But another display like Cambridge and Burton and he should just go as clearly not up to the job...but I'm optimistic we will see a good win and get us buzzing for NYD!! Come on pool
 
We haven't lost 2 leagues games in a row all season and every time Critch is under pressure we win the next game.
So I'm guessing we might pull a win off later on.
 
0 - 2 to the Mighty tonight, we can't possibly be as poor as the last game. This is the game that'll turn us round somewhat. The only issue I can see is I've got us down as an away win on my accy 😬

Pitch sizes have to be registered with the league pre season , and they can’t be adjusted or altered during that season .
 
He was never going to change formation, Pennington and Gabriel ill, Marv and Kenny missing in action, although wasn't Marv supposed to have the bug?

I'm not sure who else he could have picked, maybe Dale instead of Thompson?
 
Pennington is ill, so Connolly stays in because Marv is clearly on his way.No Dougall again I guess it's the team he has to pick, glad Thommo's in and Beesley back. Not much to say really. We have to look to try and replace Marv & Dougall in January and probably Rhodes, that's before adding any extra players, all a bit of a mess really.
