Neil Critchley seems to have a much more positive attitude towards his players than we have seen lately at Bloomfield. He hasn't blamed the players for the other night and his whole attitude seems to be much more encouraging which is refreshing to see. Lets hope that this attitude gets through to the players and is reflected on the pitch.
