Well as we all know it's been a season of "ups and downs" but I want to share something really positive.
Whilst we (P.L.F.S) only ran one coach yesterday it was full and the proceeds of which I have now made the final payment to put top local band Ska Face on at the Annual Charity Trinity Hospice Fundraising Day at Poulton Golf Club on Saturday 10th August 2024.
The magnificent FULL TEN PIECE BAND have agreed to play for expenses only to support the charity.
This is an annual GREAT FAMILY DAY OUT with Children's Entertainment,Live Bands, Food Outlets, Bars etc.
The day itself also has a theme....and all participating golfers will be playing 9 holes in themed costumes on tee times from 9am.
Ska Face are the Headline act and will play two 50/60 minute slots approx 6pm & 8.15pm.
Entry Is FREE so Please put 10/8/24 in the diarties for a great "FAMILY DAY" OUT.
Finally a MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ALL BLCKPOOL FANS who have supported the P.L.F.S. Coaches & Thames Boat Trip this Season that is funding the Gig from the proceeds in aid of such a worthy cause.
